Ona Diaz-Santin, nicknamed the Hair Saint, is the CEO and owner of 5 Salon and Spa and a hair stylist that specializes in curly textures. As the daughter of a hairstylist who did not fully embrace her natural curls growing up, she decided that she wanted to help other young girls and parents on how to love and enhance their hair. As an Afro-Latina she understands first-hand the nuances and challenges that come with her hair space.
Ona is an international educator, who offers courses that teach individuals how to encompass all curl styling-cutting-coloring techniques for optimal results. With celebrity clientele, Ona is frequently featured in the nation’s top magazines like Allure, Oprah, InStyle and more, for product recommendations and insights into the latest trends and styling tips. A wife and mother to 3 kids, she is rooted in her family and is passing on her love of curls to her daughter.
