Interview with Michelle O’Connor
Michelle is the GLOBAL ARTISTIC DIRECTOR LOREAL MATRIX, 5X NAHA AWARD WINNER and a member of the Ulta Beauty Pro Artists team, with over 15 years of beauty industry expertise. Her role is to create, direct, and coordinate education, both administratively & Artistically. She is responsible for the coaching and development of a team of 50 Artistic design educators through comprehensive technical, creative and business training. She has worked and trained with multiple brands in the beauty industry including Matrix, Mizani, Redken, Loreal Professional, Vidal Sasoon, Sharon Blain, Deva, Ouidad and Design Essentials.
