This year, despite vaccines and booster shots, COVID-19 deaths and hospitalizations are on the rise and Americans are on edge once again. Bill Hemmer, co-host of FOX News’ America’s Newsroom, explains why he remains cautiously optimistic and will be keeping his Christmas plans.
