Congress office of Van Taylor of Texas confirms the investigation into the Government murder contract upon Rico Dukes that stems from a 2010 government contract that left Rico Dukes shot nine times leaving a total of 23 gunshot wounds throughout his body and the killing of his younger cousin George Calvin Lee Jr of Shreveport who was killed in regards to the murder contract upon Rico Dukes
